Who Is Actually Installing Your Roof? Why Oscar Roofing, Inc. Uses Our Own Roofing Crews
When you hire a roofing contractor, you're trusting a company with one of the most important parts of your home.
At Oscar Roofing, Inc., we believe homeowners deserve to know exactly who will be showing up at their property — and who will be responsible for the work when the job begins.
That's why we want to make something clear:
When you hire Oscar Roofing, Inc. for your roof replacement, your roof is installed by Oscar Roofing employees — not subcontracted roofing crews.
It's a distinction we believe matters.
The Company You Hire Should Be the Company That Shows Up
Homeowners often spend considerable time researching roofing companies, reading reviews, comparing estimates and asking questions before deciding who they trust with their home.
But there is another question worth asking:
"Who will actually be installing my roof?"
The company providing the estimate isn't necessarily the same crew that will perform the installation.
At Oscar Roofing, we believe in direct accountability. Our roofing crews work for Oscar Roofing, and we stand behind the work they perform.
From the initial estimate through installation and cleanup, our goal is to give homeowners a clear line of responsibility.
Why We Use Oscar Roofing Employees for Roof Installations
Using our own roofing crews gives us greater control over the standards associated with an Oscar Roofing project.
That includes workmanship, job-site expectations, communication, cleanup and accountability.
Most importantly, when you hire Oscar Roofing, Inc., you know who is responsible for your roof.
We don't believe homeowners should have to wonder whether the crew arriving at their home works for the contractor they hired or for an unrelated company brought in to complete the installation.
What About Specialty Work?
There are situations where a roofing project may involve work outside the roofing installation itself.
For example, certain gutter or specialty services may be performed by another company.
When that happens, we work with companies that we have vetted and trust.
We believe homeowners deserve transparency about who is working on their property, regardless of which part of the project is being completed.
Insurance and Accountability Matter, Too
Choosing a roofing contractor isn't only about shingles and price.
Homeowners should understand who is performing the work, who is responsible for that work, and what insurance protection applies to the project.
These are reasonable questions to ask any roofing contractor before signing a contract.
A homeowner can ask:
Will your employees or subcontractors install my roof?
Who is responsible for supervising the project?
What insurance coverage applies to the people performing the work?
Who do I contact if there is a problem during or after installation?
Is the company giving me the estimate the same company responsible for the completed roof?
A reputable contractor should be comfortable answering those questions.
